WISL Kicks Off 2026 With Three Exciting Weekend Matchups
After a holiday break last weekend, the Western Indoor Soccer League returns with three matches this weekend. Saturday, Jan. 3, will feature two games, while Sunday, Jan. 4, will have a single fixture.

Everett City FC vs. Snohomish Sky – WISL Men’s | Saturday, Jan. 3, 7:00 p.m.
Fourth-place Everett City FC (ECFC) hosts fifth-place Snohomish Sky in a battle of county rivals. The teams first met in November, with ECFC claiming a 6-4 victory. ECFC hopes to build on the momentum from its last win and start the new year strong, while Snohomish Sky looks to even the season series.
Oly-Pen Force vs. Vancouver Storm – WISL Men’s | Saturday, Jan. 3, 7:30 p.m.
Oly-Pen Force enters the matchup as the hottest team in the league, riding a four-game winning streak. Second-place Oly-Pen can close the gap on first-place Tacoma with another win, while the Vancouver Storm searches for its first victory of the season and a chance to start 2026 on a high note.
Tacoma Stars Reserves vs. South Sound FC – WISL Men’s | Sunday, Jan. 4, 2:00 p.m.
Sunday’s matinee features a South Puget Sound derby as first-place Tacoma Stars Reserves face fifth-place South Sound FC. South Sound is 2-2-1 in its first five matches, just two points behind fourth-place ECFC. Tacoma looks to rebound after falling to ECFC in its last outing.
