South Sound FC Debut New Venue- PenMet Parks Jarzynka Memorial Fieldhouse
On Saturday, October 11th the South Sound FC made their new home available for all to see... Check out some photos, the Everett City FC came down for a scrimmage. The score was 13-3, South Sound FC took the win, but who's counting these wins, it's all about getting the boys on the field and starting the season off with some real live gametime and especially in this case, it's just about breaking in the field and getting ready for regular season games. Thank you to Brian Hallberg for the photos.
We got a quote from Derek Johnson on the experience playing there for the first time- "Our first game at PenMet's Jarzynaka Memorial Fieldhouse was electric- the energy from the crowd and the support from the Harbor Soccer Club made it an unforgettable night. It's exciting to see Gig Harbor community rally around the team and we're just getting started. Our players, coaches and staff are so excited for the season opener November 8th versus Bellingham United, kicking off at 7 PM."
