Everett City FC Dominates Salish Rangers in Preseason Tune-Up
In their second friendly leading up to the 2025–26 Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL) campaign, Everett City FC hosted Skagit County’s Salish Rangers on Oct. 18 at their new home venue inside Arena Sports in Mill Creek.Everett delivered an impressive performance, cruising to a commanding 16-4 victory. The high-scoring affair showcased Everett’s offensive depth and defensive pressure as the club continued to build chemistry ahead of the upcoming season. It also gave the team a chance to evaluate members of its rookie class, including defender Carter Mooring, who the club hopes will add depth to the back line.
The match served as a tune-up before regular season play begins on Nov. 1, when Everett will hit the road to face the Tacoma Stars Reserves in their season opener.
